Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. This role provides evaluation and treatment services to children and young adults from birth through age 21 in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply—on-site supervision and mentorship are provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric and young adult patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings Provide therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
