Description: Conduct speech and language assessments for children and adults ages birth to 21. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results. Provide speech and language therapy services in one-on-one or group settings. Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain detailed patient records and document progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
