Assignment Details: Shift: Day Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Duration: 14 weeks Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Active MA SLP License (or compact eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred BLS certification (AHA preferred) Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
