Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – Acute Rehab (Travel) Location: Canyon Vista Medical Center, Sierra Vista, AZ Unit: Acute Rehabilitation Unit Position Type: Travel Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Days, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Compensation: Total Gross Pay $2,062/week About The Role Canyon Vista Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support its Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This role focuses on adult and geriatric patients recovering from a wide range of medical conditions. You’ll work within a Level III Trauma facility alongside a collaborative, supportive therapy team. Key Responsibilities Provide speech‑language pathology services for adult and geriatric patients in the ARU and inpatient settings Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for a wide variety of diagnoses Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner and NetHealth Manage a flexible caseload and adapt to changing patient needs Participate in rotating weekend coverage (no call required) Unit & Facility Details Beds: 10 Trauma Level: III EHR Systems: Cerner, NetHealth Patient Population: Adult and geriatric only Float Expectations: May float between ARU and inpatient therapy Required Qualifications Active SLP license (state‑appropriate) Education per licensure requirements Strong time‑management skills Flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
