Details Work in a 32-bed Intermediate Care Unit (Step Down) at a hospital in Golden, CO Manages drips and more acute patients consistent with a progressive/intermediate care environment Night shift schedule: 1900–0730, 3 shifts per week (36 hrs/week) Weekend availability is required On-call requirements to be discussed during the interview May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications Charting via Epic (experience required) Requirements Active CO or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required; must not expire prior to start Minimum 1 year of experience in a Step Down, Progressive Care, or Intermediate Care setting required Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for intermediate acuity patients, including those on drips Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans, and refers patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment Documents nursing care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines using Epic Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment BSN is preferred but not required American Traveler Job ID #P-702595.
