As a RN specializing in Stepdown care, you’ll provide high-acuity nursing on a variety of progressive care units, rotating among PCU/IMCU floors featuring a robust cardiac population. This role provides exceptional exposure to patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, C/P, and opportunities to manage cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. You’ll also participate in telemetry care alongside diverse teams, deepening your understanding of varying patient acuity and learning leadership best practices from experienced healthcare professionals.
