Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland. Occupational Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Baltimore, MD. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in the home health setting to improve independence with daily activities while experiencing a new community. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required. Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree acceptable where applicable by state licensure rules. Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home Health experience required. Ability to perform home environment assessments and recommend adaptive equipment. Competence in performing functional assessments, documenting CMS-required elements, and developing plan of care in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary team. Facility Type: Home Health Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first to last patient.
