Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical record preferred. Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Franklin County and parts of Madison and Delaware Counties. Bachelor's degree. Preferred: strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask. Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Evenings. Shift Details: Evenings . candidate must be able to travel between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient. On Call/Weekend Requirement: None.
