Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Piscataway, New Jersey. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily living skills while exploring a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment, and patient-centered treatment planning preferred. Current immunizations and health screening as required by facility policy. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Shift Pattern: 5x8 Contract Length: 13 weeks Piscataway is adjacent to the South Mountain Reservation and within a 20–30 minute drive to Watchung Reservation and the Watchung Mountains for hiking and outdoor recreation. Piscataway is 30 minutes from downtown Newark and approximately 40 minutes from New York City by car or commuter rail, offering urban cultural attractions, museums, and theaters. The area provides suburban living with access to Raritan River waterfront areas, local parks such as Johnson Park, and community dining options along River Road and nearby Edison. Transit options include NJ Transit commuter rail stations and major highways I-287 and US-1, supporting easy regional travel and weekend excursions to Jersey Shore beaches within an hour and state parks like Cheesequake State Park within 30–45 minutes.
