Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Waynesville, North Carolina. Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start. Experience in home health required. Must be able to provide skilled PT treatment for patients in their homes. Experience with home health documentation platforms such as HCHB is preferred. Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Evenings. Shift Details: Evenings . Workload: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. Travel between patient visits will be reimbursed. On-call/Weekend Requirement: Negotiable; approximately one Saturday per month possible.
