Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Freeport, Maine. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maine State PT license required prior to start of assignment. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; Experience with outpatient documentation systems, functional outcome measures, and letters of medical necessity preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern. Position Type: Physical Therapist responsible for evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, documentation, and patient/family education.
