Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Dothan, Alabama. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Dothan, AL, providing home health services to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current Alabama Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. Experience providing home health physical therapy, including performing patient evaluations, developing plan of care, documenting progress notes, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred: prior experience with mileage documentation between visits and knowledge of home health billing/practice guidelines. Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (as listed 8am-4:30pm in client notes; follow facility schedule). Candidate must travel between patient homes within the coverage area.
