Description We are seeking a Floating Center Director who will be based in southern Virginia or northern Virginia to support our licensed childcare centers in Virginia and South Carolina ! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic leader who is passionate about early childhood education. To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require an associate degree in early childhood education or higher in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of previous management/leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility as a Center Director. Required Shift: As the leader of the building, the Center Director must be able to meet the needs of the business which requires a flexible schedule to accommodate day-to-day operations, emergent situations, as well as afterhours family and community events. The expectation is to be on-site Monday – Friday, arriving no later than 9am. All management schedules will be approved by the Regional Director. This role will require 90% travel with the remainder spent working from home.
