This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, has a passion for electrical work, and enjoys traveling. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians to ensure the successful completion of large-scale industrial jobs and data center projects. This role requires extensive travel, with up to 75% of your time spent on the road. Responsibilities As a Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various locations. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and 70E. Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective solutions. Managing and executing terminations, relay operations, and PLC's. Handling medium to high voltage equipment and motor controls. Creating a culture of kindness and respect on the job, fostering a positive working environment. Coaching team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
