Job Description Key responsibilities include: Leading all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing site activities on large data center builds Coordinating subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance Managing commissioning readiness and turnover on mission-critical systems Driving productivity across fast-paced, technically complex construction environments Partnering with project management and design teams to resolve constructability issues Enforcing rigorous safety standards on live, high-risk project sites Supporting phased project delivery across multiple national locations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
