Job Description
Benevis Dental is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist to support our affiliated dental practices within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this mobile role, you will travel between designated offices, delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care to a diverse patient population while helping expand access to quality dental services in multiple communities. You will perform comprehensive hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, radiographs, sealants, fluoride treatments, and patient education, ensuring every visit reflects our commitment to safety, comfort, and patient satisfaction. Working closely with dentists and clinical teams at each location, you will collaborate on individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and uphold infection prevention and sterilization standards in accordance with state, federal, and OSHA guidelines. As part of Benevis Dental’s collaborative and innovative culture, you will contribute to continuous improvement in clinical protocols, share best practices across offices, and support process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships across multiple practices, mentor team members in oral health education, and support community outreach initiatives that align with our mission to increase access to care. Benevis Dental invests in your growth through ongoing training, exposure to a variety of practice settings, and opportunities to expand your clinical skills in areas such as periodontal therapy, digital imaging, and advanced preventive care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, comfortable working in different office environments, and committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care. You should enjoy traveling, managing a dynamic schedule, and collaborating with diverse teams while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and organization. In return, you will join a supportive environment that prioritizes professional development, innovation in patient care, and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve, all while enjoying competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the stability of working with a leading dental support organization.
