Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction Alpine Construction Management (ACM) – Boise, Idaho Alpine Construction Management (ACM) is a local, veteran-owned commercial general contractor known for high-quality work, integrity, and a strong team culture. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our growing group of industry professionals and genuinely good people. This role requires frequent travel to manage commercial construction projects—hotel renovation experience is especially valuable. While the Superintendent will spend significant time on the road, there will also be periods of work based out of our Boise office for project planning, coordination, and supervision of local projects. For that reason, we are seeking candidates who currently reside in the Boise area . What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong background in ground-up , tenant improvement (TI) , and renovation projects Experience with hotel renovations is highly preferred Ability to work both collaboratively and independently A team-oriented mindset and appreciation for the camaraderie of a smaller office environment A proactive, organized, and self-driven approach to project leadership Benefits 401 (k) 401 (k) matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Vision Insurance Profit Sharing Requirements: Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise hotel renovation crews on multi-month, out-of-state projects Manage site operations, subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and quality control during extensive renovation work Oversee crews on traditional commercial construction projects throughout Idaho and surrounding states Maintain a safe and efficient jobsite; enforce company and OSHA safety standards Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery Provide clear daily communication through reports, updates, and proactive problem-solving Represent ACM with professionalism, integrity, and leadership on every jobsite
