We partner with general contractors and developers across the Midwest and nationally on both current and upcoming field leadership opportunities. Typical projects include Industrial & manufacturing facilities Distribution & logistics centers Mission critical/data center construction Large-scale commercial construction Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day field operations on active construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics Maintain project safety standards and jobsite quality control Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and field teams to keep projects on schedule Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication from mobilization through closeout Proactively identify and solve field-related issues Ideal Background: Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial projects Ability to lead field teams and maintain strong subcontractor relationships Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments Willingness to travel for projects as needed Procore or construction management software experience preferred What Many Opportunities Include: Competitive base salary Per diem/travel support Vehicle or vehicle allowance Bonus potential Strong project pipelines and long-term growth opportunities Confidential conversations are always welcomed.
