Job Roles And Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute construction projects from start to finish Review project plans, specifications, and scope to identify risks or discrepancies Develop schedules, production plans, and two week look ahead plans Coordinate with project management, estimating, and field teams Manage crew assignments, materials, equipment, and site logistics Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Maintain daily reporting including production reports and project documentation Ensure all quality control standards and project requirements are met Enforce safety protocols and maintain safe working conditions at all times Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and cost variances Manage project costs including labor, materials, and equipment usage Ensure timely project closeout including punch lists and final documentation Attend meetings, inspections, and coordinate final project sign off Lead, mentor, and supervise field personnel while maintaining accountability Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Support office operations and continuous improvement when not assigned to projects Qualifications And Certifications Proven experience in construction project supervision or similar role Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and problem solving abilities Knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce them Experience with budgeting and cost control Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and email tools Ability to train and mentor field staff Valid driver's license Ability to work overtime and travel as required Bilingual communication skills preferred Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Exposure to diverse and complex construction projects Leadership and team management experience Collaborative work environment focused on safety and performance Performance-based bonus opportunity
