Seeking a great and positive team player to join our awesome team catered towards patient care and patient education along with team training in latest techniques like iTero/advanced ortho. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment. Experience in presenting Ortho, Implant and Cosmetic cases is a plus. Help in answering and return incoming calls and texts from patients. Proficient in Dental Software. Schedule patient treatment appointments. Insurance verification and reading insurance breakdown and credentialing, working knowledge of HMO's and PPO's. Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time. Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals. Assist patients with financial arrangements (Care Credit/ Sunbit) Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork. Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork. Eager to learn more. Knowledge of dental terminology (including ortho/implants/Cosmetic) is important. Candidate must be dependable and willing to work one (1) Saturday in a month. Willing to discuss commission based on net collections over baseline. Summary In the role of a Treatment/Appointment Coordinator, you will be a vital link between patients and the dental practice, utilizing core skills such as dental terminology, patient care, and medical documentation to ensure smooth treatment coordination and appointment scheduling. Your premium skills in software systems will enhance efficiency in managing patient records and appointments. With relevant skills in dental fabrication and office experience, you will contribute to the seamless operation of the dental clinic. Your expertise in insurance verification and CAD, combined with a strong grasp of dental terminology, will be instrumental in providing top-notch patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced dental environment.
