Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Tree Climber/Groundsperson and play a vital role in maintaining healthy, beautiful landscapes through tree care, maintenance and removal.This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your climbing skills and ground crew to ensure safety, precision, and effiecent tree triming/ removal operations.Whether climbing trees to prune, trimming or removal; you'll be an essential part of creating safe, thriving environments for our clients and communities.Duties Safely ascend trees using rigging techniques and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks.Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access elevated work areas efficiently and securely. valid hoisting license Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, cabling, and planting to promote healthy growth.Perform ground-based tasks including debris removal, equipment setup, and assisting with rigging operations.Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, securing rigging, and following all safety protocols during climbs and ground work.Requirements must have prior expereince, willing to train from no experience.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing trees using rigging techniques safely.Experience operating bucket trucks, bucket lifts, or similar aerial equipment.Familiarity with tree care practices such as tree trimming, pruning, and cabling.Pay:$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Retirement plan Safety equipment provided Work Location:In person.
