Joshua Tree Experts , Cranberry Twp.'s premier tree care, lawn care, and pest control professionals, is actively searching for an experienced Tree Climber to join our local production team. The Role: As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts, you will work alongside a tight-knit, 2 to 4-person crew. You will execute tree removals, precision pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. You are the heartbeat of the operation-responsible for ensuring safe canopy operations, maintaining your assigned equipment, and communicating effectively with your team on the ground, as well as clients on the job site. What a Tree Climber Does (Responsibilities) Execute safe tree care operations, understanding and following strict ANSI standards. Delegate workflows to Ground Operations Specialists safely and effectively. Safely operate aerial lifts and maintain all assigned vehicles, gear, and climbing equipment. Provide excellent customer service, represent the JTE brand, and maintain a professional image on-site. Commit to our safety-first culture every single day. Be available to work a reliable, full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week. What a Tree Climber Must Have (Requirements) At least 2 years of proven tree climbing experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High School Diploma or GED. The BEST Candidate Will Also Have (Bonus Points) A Forestry or Horticulture Degree.
