Nassar Tree Care is looking for an EXPERIENCED tree climber/ trimmer/ bucket operator.We are seeking to hire someone looking for a career in the tree industry.We are willing to trains and pay for classes and certifications to become a certified arborist.We offer:Individual health, eye and dental insurance after 3 months.IRA contribution match after 1 year Vacation/ PTO/ Paid holidays after 1 year.Lockers/ breakroom/ water supplied.Uniforms/ gear supplied.Safety and CPR training.Heated garage, enclosed equipment:bucket truck, Track lift, Kabota lift in addition to vehicles and equipment.Overtime available.Annual gatherings/ holiday parties.Year round work.Employment with Nassar Tree Care will include, but not limited to the following job Responsibilities:Tree trimming, clearing and removal of trees.Ability to operate chain saws, pruners, brush chippers, aerial lift devices, including all equipment maintenance and responsibilities.Knowledge of field and chainsaw safety, roping and rigging techniques.Maintaining a neat and safe working environment.Although direct contact with customers is not required, professional behavior with clientele is required at all times.REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM of 2 years experience in general tree care operations:tree climbing for pruning and removal (with and without spikes), rigging knowledge, equipment operation (chainsaw, stump grinder, track lift, etc.) and bucket truck operation.Driver's License REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to independently lift and carry up to 80pounds while loading logs, brush or debris into back of truck.Required to work independently in a variety of climatic conditions for long hours as weather and seasonal requirements dictate.All safety precautions taken to keep our crews safe.ISA Certified Tree Worker Climber Specialist preferred, but not required.www.nassartreecare.com Work Remotely No Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours:40 - 50 per week Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
