Learn and apply safe climbing/rigging/chainsaw techniques. Learn to evaluate and diagnose tree health and structure concerns. Operate urban forestry equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and uphold company safety and quality standards. Communicate professionally with teammates and clients.Who We're Looking For Experienced Climbers (1year) - skilled in rope and saddle climbing, pruning, and removals Trainees / Groundsman - motivated individuals eager to learn and grow into arborist roles Self-motivated, career-oriented, and able to work well in a team Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a physically active environment Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL learner's permit within 30 days a plus). Rock climbing or outdoor experience helpful but not required.
