Position: Customer Experience Coordinator Company: Jones Road Tree Service Location: 11620 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77070 Reports To: Head of Operations Job Type: Full-time, In-person About the role We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and effective communication across our team. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who is superior in conflict resolution, outgoing, cheerful and pleasant over the phone, able to multitask, and passionate about providing the best service possible. This person should have an ownership mentality, work well as part of a team, and bring experience navigating customer concerns and resolving them quickly. Schedule and compensation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break at noon $19.00 – $23.00 per hour Key responsibilities Customer care Serve as the central hub for customer communication Educate customers on Jones Road Tree Service and the arborist's experience to set the appointment up for success, including any factors the customer should be aware of (drought, pest pressure, etc.) Explain how the appointment will go: the arborist will inspect the entire property upon arrival and provide an estimate on the spot Answer and manage incoming office phone calls and emails professionally Make scheduling confirmation calls for upcoming appointments Conduct follow-up calls with the previous day's clients to confirm satisfaction, document feedback, and ask for reviews and referrals Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate concerns to the appropriate team member when they cannot be resolved quickly Serve as the primary communication liaison between customers and the field team Administrative and financial tasks Process and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner Print, organize, and file invoices systematically Accept and process incoming deliveries Reporting and documentation File field reports and disciplinary reports Log client feedback and service notes Maintain organized filing systems for company records General office support Perform additional office tasks as needed to support business operations Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Proven experience handling customer conflicts and resolving concerns with professionalism Outgoing, cheerful, and pleasant phone presence Ownership mentality and strong teamwork orientation Attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment Reliable and punctual 5 years of office experience preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Application Question(s): What makes you the best candidate for this position?
