What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned): Oversees and manages sales activities for NPH Properties within Market or Markets as assigned Creates and maintains an office environment conducive to effective selling customer advocacy Oversee hiring and training and development of Sales Managers, Property Sales Directors (if applicable), and Hourly Sales Associates/ Coordinators Sets booking goals for Sales Team members Leads as necessary to drive revenue and meet property objectives, guiding Property Directors and or Managers Drives both guest and associate satisfaction while ensuring department's financial succes
