Trial Attorney

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced first chair Personal Injury Trial Attorney with substantial New York Labor Law litigation experience . Candidates must have a minimum of (10) years handling personal injury matters, including extensive knowledge and understanding of New York Labor Law §§ 240(1), 241(6), 200 , and the applicable Industrial Code provisions . The ideal candidate has significant first-chair trial experience , a strong command of Labor Law litigation, and a proven ability to settle cases . Responsibilities include Litigating Labor Law/Construction Accident cases and general personal injury matters. Trying cases to verdict. Taking and defending depositions. Negotiating settlements on behalf of client. Represent clients in court proceedings, take depositions and motion practice. Qualifications: Ten (10) or more first chair personal injury trials to verdict. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the State of New York Ability to litigate and try LABOR LAW cases effectively.
