Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes and HVAC systems. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install trim plumbing components. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and piping systems on construction sites. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and secure plumbing systems. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct remodeling or maintenance tasks on existing plumbing systems to improve functionality or prepare for new installations. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within the construction process. Follow all safety guidelines on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to building codes. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related field service roles with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Knowledge of construction site practices, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and schematics for precise installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments. Basic measurements, calculations, and adjustments during installations. Familiarity with HVAC systems or remodeling projects is a plus. Handyman experience or carpentry skills are beneficial for versatile project support.
