At Replay Brewing, delivering enjoyment is a priority. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Mill, for a Trivia and Event Host. As a Trivia and Event Host, you'll organize, promote, and host trivia nights and other events, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and engaging experience. You'll be responsible for fostering a lively and inclusive environment while managing event logistics, engaging with customers, and contributing to event growth and participation. The role may also involve some customer service responsibilities and supporting additional activities related to the brewery's operations. Qualifications You must bring the FUN! You should be able to easily engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences so that they want to come back week after week. Experience in guiding event participants or team members to ensure successful event execution. Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including basic service principles and handling of beverages. Sales skills to effectively promote events and encourage customer participation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Outgoing personality with the ability to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
