Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Detailing and Shop Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure our fleet of trucks and shop facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.Your energetic approach will help keep our operations running smoothly, creating a professional environment that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.Whether you're passionate about vehicle care or skilled in shop upkeep, this position provides a vital role in supporting our transportation and maintenance teams.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of trucks, including washing, buffing, vacuuming, and interior sanitation to ensure vehicles look their best.Conduct routine shop maintenance tasks such as janitorial duties, organizing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of work areas.Support general shop upkeep by repairing minor equipment issues, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining cleanliness of tools and workspaces.Drive company vehicles for errands or transporting trucks within the facility as needed, adhering to safety protocols.Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and any repairs performed.Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards and promote a clean, organized work environment.Skills Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and visitors.Experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing, or custodial work that demonstrates attention to detail.Knowledge of cleaning procedures and janitorial practices suitable for industrial or commercial settings.Ability to operate basic shop tools and equipment safely; previous experience with minor repairs is a plus.Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation within the facility.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.This position is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills contribute directly to the safety, appearance, and functionality of our fleet and facilities.Join us in maintaining a professional workspace that reflects our dedication to quality service!
