Our work environment Modern * Duties Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of items for transportation Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the truck Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role 2 year CDL experience Ability to operate flat beds Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility weekends as needed Must be able to pass a drug test Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
