Palm Harbor, FL Full-Time $15.50/hr In-office only Call Center Environment Data Entry Customer Service Pay & Schedule Pay:$15.50 an hour- firm Schedule:9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Full-time Monday-Friday Location:34125 US Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Truckload Data Entry Coordinator to support our Carrier Sales team in managing truckload freight visibility and execution on the BlueGrace platform.This position plays a critical role in ensuring shipments are promptly posted, tracked, and communicated across teams for successful execution.Responsibilities Monitor system notifications and promptly respond to load statuses such as Ready to Post or new tenders.Identify and escalate shipment offers or updates from BlueGrace to the appropriate team members as needed.Post loads in the system in accordance with internal procedures.Process shipments accurately following the established SOP upon tender.Organizing shipments under appropriate categories (Booked, In Transit, or Pending).Ensuring all shipment details are up-to-date and accurate.Monitor and follow up on all booked or tendered freight in transit to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written communication and follow-up etiquette.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Prior logistics or load board experience is a plus, but not required.Proficiency with web-based platforms and email communication tools.Computer efficiency is a must FreightCenter by BlueGrace is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating an inclusive environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, age, protected veteran or disabled status.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):What is your desired salary?
