Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Truss Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling wood roof and floor trusses according to engineered drawings and production schedules. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using hand and power tools. Responsibilities Assemble roof and floor trusses according to design specifications and shop drawings Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production paperwork Place lumber and metal connector plates in proper positions on assembly tables Operate hand tools, nail guns, presses, saws, and other production equipment Verify measurements and ensure products meet quality standards Stack, band, label, and move completed trusses to staging areas Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or truss assembly experience preferred but not required Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift 50–80 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a physically demanding environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plus Work Environment Indoor manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment Overtime may be required depending on workload Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Overtime opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday through Thursday 4:pm to 2:am Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
