Job Description
Trueline's client, a highly respected boutique Trust and Estates firm serving Wyoming families and business owners, is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join their team in Casper or Gillette, Wyoming. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and strong earning potential in a community-centered practice. What You'll Do as the Estate Planning and Probate Attorney: Lead estate planning matters including revocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney Manage probate and trust administration from start to finish Advise clients on Wyoming-specific estate and probate laws Build and grow client relationships within the local community Collaborate with internal support staff while operating with high autonomy Contribute to the continued growth of the office and practice Must-Haves as the Estate Planning and Probate Attorney: Active Wyoming bar admission or ability to obtain admission Strong experience in estate planning and probate, ideally within Wyoming Ability to independently manage matters with minimal oversight Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a local practice Strong interpersonal skills and comfort building community relationships Nice-to-Haves as the Estate Planning and Probate Attorney: Prior experience running or helping grow a practice or office Background in trust administration Ties to Wyoming through family, school, or prior residence Experience serving clients in rural or community-oriented markets Our Client Offers: Base salary target around $100,000, negotiable based on experience Incentive structure with total compensation potential approaching $200,000 Relocation support for candidates with Wyoming ties 3 weeks PTO plus 7 federal holidays High autonomy with strong administrative and technical support A stable, respected firm with long-term growth potential Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
