Trust Officer Overview: Join our client’s dedicated team as a Trust Officer, where your expertise will support the Trustees and Clients of a reputable trust firm. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex trust and estate administration functions, working in a dynamic environment that values integrity,, and client-focused solutions. With a blend of collaborative teamwork and independent responsibilities, you’ll contribute to delivering tailored fiduciary advice, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance in a fast-paced setting. Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications) Responsibilities: Lead and mentor team members while supporting training initiatives and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, applying strong organizational and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines Utilize internal systems and tools to support operations and reporting while adapting to evolving processes and business needs Analyze and interpret complex documents to develop tailored client solutions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency Manage account administration and related processes across the full lifecycle, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery Collaborate cross-functionally, lead and support team initiatives, and contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and high-quality client service Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of trust administration experience Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field Certification as a Trust and Fiduciary Advisor or a commitment to obtain the credential Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and key financial management systems Proven success in delivering personalized client service in a professional environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with mature judgment and professionalism Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
