Our client, a premier top law firm is seeking a driven Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its expanding New York City practice. Core Responsibilities Sophisticated Drafting: Design and execute a comprehensive suite of estate planning instruments, including Wills, Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals and families, translating complex financial goals into actionable, practical estate plans. Strategic Advisory: Manage day-to-day planning needs ranging from foundational setups to moderately complex engagements. Administration: Provide oversight and guidance regarding estate and trust administration processes. Requirements Experience: 4–8 years of dedicated practice in Trusts & Estates law. Licensure: Active member in good standing of the New York State Bar . Advanced Planning: Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals (e.g., GRATs, SLATs, CRATs) is highly desirable. Base Salary: $170,000 – $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
