Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting several Turf Crew Members for their client in Saratoga Springs, NY.This position starts in April 2026 and will go until approximately November 2026.The position is paying $19.82/hour.This position is a day shift role and may have overtime.Turf Crew Members Job Responsibilities:Replace, fill divots and holes for racetrack using seed/soil mix; Install portable lightweight plastic turf rails using post pounders (large, weighted hammers) to tap the rails into place as well as long tape measures and paint to mark the area Operate zero turn, walk-behind mowers, trimmers and turf rollers near thoroughbred horses All other duties as assigned.Turf Crew Members Job Requirements:3 months of experience is required.Landscaping experience is helpful.Must obtain a license, and we reimburse 50% after one month of employment.Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.This role is physically demanding and performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.Must be dependable, reliable The turf crew is required to stand and walk for extended periods and routinely perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.The position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull tools, equipment, and materials, including soil, turf materials, and lightweight rails, using post pounders and other manual tools.Operation of zero-turn and walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and turf maintenance equipment is required, often in proximity to thoroughbred horses.The role demands sustained physical activity, coordination, and attentiveness to safety in an active racetrack environment.Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must be open to working overtime.Must promote a safe work environment.Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 47 lbs.regularly, and up to 60 lbs.on an infrequent basis.Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.Follow safety policies & procedures.Maintain a clean & safe environment.Apply today or call our office and speak with DJ to get more information at 518.245.3659! #IND1 APPLY NOW!
