We are looking for a reliable, capable employee who can be part of our Turn Team.Responsibilities are as follows:Prepare apartments for SHOWINGS & MOVE-INs, in addition to maintaining general building conditions inside and out, and filling in for maintenance as needed.This may include - but is not limited to - the following:-Painting -Texture & drywall -Tub glazing (can be a trainee for up to two weeks) -Kitchen repairs -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Drain work -Cosmetic -Fixtures (shower rods, smoke detectors, make ready items) -Carpet and flooring cleaning, repair, and replacement -Door repairs -Glass repairs -Cosmetics -Punch list items (door hardware, electrical plates, blinds, etc) -Collaborate in a time-efficient manner with team members -Record and maintain accurate and timely records of work orders, location, clock in and out times, notes, and inventory.If you plan to steal time, don't bother applying.Requirements: Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting- Fluent in English, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred Must be able to use / quickly and proficiently learn Appfolio & Workyard software, and agree to location sharing/tracking.Please confirm you have actually read this posting by putting Yellow at the top of your Cover Letter.Thank you.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
