Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacant units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness. Conduct detailed floor care, including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and maintaining overall flooring appearance. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or towels as needed for turnover readiness. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment for future occupants. Maintain a keen eye for detail during cleaning inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or touch-up work. Assist with janitorial tasks in common areas or shared spaces to uphold overall cleanliness standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Must have your own reliable transportation and provide your own supplies Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients or property managers. Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures to ensure health safety compliance. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Previous custodial experience in hospitality or property management settings is highly desirable. Competence in using various cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
