Job Description We are looking for passionate, friendly, and dedicated educators who are enthusiastic about teaching and excited to grow with our rapidly expanding Math and English tutoring center. Compensation for Preparation Time - We recognize the importance of quality lesson planning and preparation. Tutors are compensated for approved prep work completed outside of instructional hours. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Must be available for in-person tutoring in Ellicott City, MD. Must pass our internal teacher assessment (based on college entrance exam–level English and/or Math). Must pass a background check and be eligible to work with minors.
