Location Status: Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. The Underground (UG) Laborer plays a vital role in the construction, maintenance, and operation of underground telecommunications infrastructure as directed by the Foreman and/or Supervisor. Your responsibilities include hands-on work in excavation, cable installation, equipment operation, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. You collaborate closely with your team to support the efficient and secure installation of cabling, wiring, and related materials. Safety consciousness, adherence to industry regulations, and effective communication are essential in this role. Your contributions are integral to expanding and maintaining the telecommunications network, enabling the seamless flow of information and connectivity.
