Our challenge We are seeking a UI Technical Lead with Architect capabilities who brings deep expertise in Angular and React, strong front‑end architecture skills, and a self‑driven mindset. This role will lead UI solution design and hands‑on development, working closely with backend, product, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality web applications. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110000-$125000/year & benefits (see below).. The Role Responsibilities Own UI architecture and technical design for enterprise‑scale web applications Lead hands‑on development using Angular and React, ensuring best practices and performance Define and implement frontend design patterns, component libraries, and UI standards Drive adoption of reusable components, design systems, and micro‑frontend approaches (as applicable) Partner with backend architects to define API contracts and integration strategies Mentor UI engineers; conduct code reviews and enforce engineering quality standards Translate business requirements into robust, scalable UI technical solutions Ensure UI solutions meet security, accessibility, performance, and compliance standards Act as the primary UI technical point of contact for client and internal stakeholders Requirements: Experience in UI / front‑end engineering Strong hands‑on expertise in Angular and React Proven experience in UI architecture and technical leadership Strong knowledge of: JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5, CSS3, responsive and adaptive UI design State management (Redux, NgRx, React Query, etc.) RESTful API‑driven UI development Experience designing scalable UI solutions for large user bases and high‑volume systems Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive delivery We offer: A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
