UKG Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: UKG Business Systems Analyst Location: Los Angeles, CA (90040 / Commerce) Duration: 9 - 12 Month Contract to Hire Hybrid On-site and Remote: 5 days per week on-site initially until acclimated, then 2 - 3 days of remote work per week is available. *MUST be authorized to work independently on W2. No C2C / 1099 and no sponsorship available. Job Scope: The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads full lifecycle implementation, requirements gathering, solution design, and data conversion initiatives for UKG Timekeeping, and Scheduling. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical designs, ensure accurate legacy data migration, and deliver scalable, compliant workforce solutions. Responsibilities: Serve as part of the UKG implementation team (replacing ADP). Provide subject matter expertise in timekeeping, which is currently lacking internally (across HR and Payroll). Support and guide the payroll team as part of the broader HRIS function. Mentor team members on system usage. Facilitate collaboration, drive decision-making, and help lead the implementation process. Requirements: Must be local and willing to work on-site. Will work closely with the HRIS team. The new system being implemented is UKG (formerly Kronos). Strong experience with UKG timekeeping is the top priority. Scheduling experience is preferred but not required. Must have functional knowledge of timekeeping from a business perspective. Strong documentation skills (current state, configuration, and future state). Experience with business process re-engineering and transitioning processes into UKG. Ambulatory clinic experience is a strong plus, but not required.
