Location: Long Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (LBVAHCS) 5901 E. 7th Street Long Beach, CA 90822 Schedule: Ultrasound: Weekday & Weekend Coverage (including holidays) Day: 8:00am 4:30pm Evening: 3:30pm 00:00am Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of current work experience in Nuclear Medicine and PT/CT. Hold a current and valid ARRT (N) certification and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification. Have demonstrated experience starting Intravenous (IV), radiopharmaceutical injections, and contrast injections. IV certification is preferred but not required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Picture Achieving & Communication Systems (PACS) work experience; however, AGFA PACS experience is preferred but not required. Training provided as needed. Duties: Shall be responsible for, but is not limited to: Shall provide MIT Ultrasound Technicians that independently operate ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of complex diagnostic ultrasound exams. Contractor personnel shall receive patients, explain method of procedure(s), position patients, select and set technical factors, set up and adjust accessory equipment,
