HIRING: Seeking reliable Guards for an ongoing, unarmed assignment involving security for television and film production. Employment may be dependent upon passing a background investigation, completing onboarding paperwork in a timely manner, and providing documents as requested. WEEKLY PAY: Standard w2 Employee with taxes withdrawn via Payroll Payment via direct deposit SHIFTS: This unarmed security work is considered On-Call / Per-Diem. Shift dates, hours, and duration can vary weekly as they are dependent on filming and production needs. Shifts are usually 12 hours. Occasionally overtime may be offered. LOCATION: In and around the Nashville area. Individual site locations may require being outside for some duration or an entire shift. The client may have unique locations (30 to 60 minutes from Nashville) every few weeks as their needs change to meet the demands of live-action filming. Site Point of Contact may require guards to re-post at another area of the location, while filming occurs. DUTIES: Observe and report ID check for gate / entry access control Lot / parking surveillance Firewatch Watching equipment, generators, restrooms, trailers, etc. Provide site presence as a deterrence Random foot patrols Provide excellent customer service Ensure physical and personnel security Complete detailed incident reports, if necessary Ability to contact emergency services and/or other guards, if necessary DRESS CODE: Black khakis, black shoes, with a black polo Security shirt [to be provided] PREFERRED: 2+ Years of Unarmed / Armed Security related field work CPR / First Aid / AED Certification Knowledge of Use of Force and De-escalation Techniques REQUIRED: Physical, Personnel, and Surveillance Security proficiency Strong observation, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills Aptitude to handle challenging situations with professionalism Proper and timely communication regarding shifts, staffing, and any such possible call-out.
