Security Officer / Pool Patrol Officer Location: Cortland East Ridge Park 183 Mt Zion Rd SE Atlanta, GA 30354 Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Hours of Service Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Pool Detail) Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Pool Detail) Position Overview Goliath Management Services is seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to provide residential security and pool patrol services at Cortland East Ridge Park. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and property staff while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property and pool areas Monitor pool amenities and enforce community rules and regulations Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and disturbances Complete detailed incident and activity reports Make professional contact with residents, guests, and vendors Provide a visible security presence throughout the community Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies Maintain communication with management and dispatch as needed Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Previous security experience preferred but not required Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience working residential communities or pool patrol details Report writing experience Ability to de-escalate situations professionally Apply today to join a growing team dedicated to professionalism, accountability, and community safety. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Application Question(s) The Security Officer will oversee the timely execution of all client support hours and assigned responsibilities. This includes completing required reports and daily activity logs during each shift, as well as conducting private vehicle patrols and foot patrols.
