Critical Response Protection Group (CRPG) is currently seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officers to join our team.Our company provides security services to a variety of client sites, and assignments may vary depending on operational needs and client requirements.We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.At this time, we are actively hiring for this position.However, the role requires individuals who are flexible with scheduling and able to be available on-call for various shifts and hours as assignments arise.Because our work is based on client demand, schedules may change and availability is an important factor for this position.Reliability, communication, and the ability to respond to coverage needs are essential.If you are comfortable working flexible hours and being available for on-call shifts, we would welcome the opportunity to move forward in the hiring process and discuss potential assignments with you.Typical Responsibilities:Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned locations Monitor site activity and report incidents or suspicious behavior Enforce site rules and company policies as directed by the client and CRPG Conduct routine patrols and maintain awareness of the surrounding environment Provide clear and timely communication with supervisors and dispatch Complete incident reports and required documentation when necessary Preferred Qualifications:Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required Strong communication and observation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, or short-notice assignments when needed Reliable transportation Critical Response Protection Group is committed to maintaining professional standards, accountability, and strong client relationships, and we are looking for team members who take pride in providing dependable security services.If you believe this type of flexible, on-call security role fits your availability and work style, we encourage you to apply.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
