Job SummaryWhat:Unarmed Security Officer- Full Time & Part time Compensation:$25 per hour Full time:Monday to Friday, shift available:4pm to 12am Part time:Saturday & Sunday , 8am to 4pm Unarmed Security Officer - Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Security Officer High school diploma or equivalent Valid Security License (as required by state and local regulations) Authorized to work in the United States Strong professional references Availability to work assigned shifts and days, including weekends or holidays as required Familiarity with basic computer use for completing reports and logs; advanced technical skills not required Responsibilities Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards or unauthorized access.Control access points by verifying credentials and maintaining logs of visitors and staff.Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations with conflict management skills.Provide assistance during emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when necessary.Enforce loss prevention policies to protect company assets and property.Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports for future reference.Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required to resolve security issues effectively.Skills Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems.Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally.Certification in First Aid, CPR, or related emergency response training is highly desirable.Experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security is a plus.Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with staff and visitors.Ability to remain alert during long shifts and work independently with minimal supervision.Pay:$25.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
