Job OverviewWe are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to join our warehouse team.In this vital role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe, secure, and organized environment.Your proactive presence will deter theft, monitor activities, and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise in a dynamic warehouse setting, contributing to operational excellence and peace of mind for all stakeholders.Duties Monitor access points to control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors using CCTV surveillance systems.Conduct regular patrols around the warehouse premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping and reporting purposes.Perform visual inspections of the facility to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.Enforce safety protocols and conflict management procedures to resolve disputes calmly and effectively.Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and reporting findings to management.Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring is preferred.Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus, demonstrating readiness to respond to medical emergencies.Familiarity with conflict management techniques ensures effective de-escalation during tense situations.Strong understanding of security procedures, loss prevention strategies, and safety regulations relevant to warehouse environments.Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is a shared priority!
