Job Title:Unarmed Security OfficerLocation:Marana, AZ 85653Shifts:GraveyardPay Rate:$19.00/hr Schedule Details (Set and Non-Negotiable):Graveyard:Monday - Friday 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM Position Summary This role supports security operations at an active copper mining facility in Marana, AZ.The Security Officer will be responsible for protecting site personnel, assets, and operations by maintaining controlled access, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents within an industrial environment.Minimum Qualifications Must be 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement) Active Arizona Guard Card required (assistance with obtaining one is not available) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work the assigned schedule consistently and without exceptions Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong attention to detail Core Duties Conduct routine patrols of perimeter and operational areas by foot and/or vehicle Enforce access control procedures for authorized personnel and vehicles Observe, report, and respond to safety concerns, suspicious activity, or security incidents Complete accurate incident documentation and daily activity reports Maintain a visible security presence while providing courteous and professional service Preferred Experience Previous experience in security, industrial, or similar environments Familiarity with mine sites, large facilities, or controlled-access locations Background in customer service or public-facing roles Schedule Requirement This is a mission-critical position requiring strict adherence to the assigned schedule.Schedule flexibility is not available, and attendance reliability is essential to site operations.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$19.00 per hour Application Question(s):How many points are on your driving record?
